Whether it is spring or fall, Artistic Lighting Design has a maintenance package for you.

You have installed a beautiful lighting system and regular maintenance can keep it that way. Dust, cobwebs, insects, snow and sprawling vegetation all conspire to tarnish the lighting effect you’ve created for your home.

Artistic Lighting Design will undo the ravages of time. Our maintenance package includes:

Lamp Replacement

Your lighting design was created for you, to your specifications. We have your specs so please leave the outdoor re-lamping to us. The bulbs we use are specialized and require an exact type and wattage. Changing a bulb yourself could move lenses, louvers and other lighting accessories designed to give your light a particular coverage area and may affect the ambiance.

Lenses

Water spots from melted snow and sprinklers can dull your lights. Decomposing vegetation and decaying bugs can also stain lenses. ALD will clean them for you.

Fixtures

We will straighten, adjust and tighten your fixtures. Snowfall, temperature variations, settling soil and wildlife all may loosen your fixtures. Fixtures and cables are adjusted to compensate for plant growth. We perform minor pruning as needed.
As shrubs and other plants grow, they may block or refocus the light. Whether it’s a larger wattage, a wider beam or a different lamp type, we modify your fixtures to the changing nature of your yard.
ALD also lubricates all fixture seals and replace them as required.

Timers

There’s no need to worry about daylight savings and time changes. We will verify and reset timers, test photocell operation and replace batteries if applicable.

Transformer

A part of our maintenance package is to ensure that your transformer is performing properly. ALD will test your transformer twice yearly when as we perform the regular maintenance on your system.
The manufacturer’s warranty will be honoured when ALD installs and maintains your landscape lighting. This warranty shall stay in place as long as regular maintenance is performed by ALD.
With the purchase of a twice-yearly maintenance package, ALD guarantees that if any of our bulbs burn out, they are replaced free of charge. If a line has been struck accidentally, or if you experience a pause or break in your lighting, notify us immediately. Do not touch any exposed wires or attached fixtures. It is the responsibility of the client to inform ALD of any lighting interruption or burned out bulbs

“We hired Lesley to do the landscape lighting for our show home in the Quarrey in the Upper Mission in Kelowna.

Lesley and Artistic Lighting Designs did the front and the back of the home. Lesley lit up the trees in the front yard so they appear to dance when the wind blows.
