This property was designed to entertain many guests such as holding outdoors wine and cheese parties.

The courtyard provides space for your guests to mingle and socialize even after dark, and continue to enjoy Kelowna lifestyle late into the evening. In the winter season the enjoyment of your landscape continues from inside the house.

Despite the majority of the plants being a few months old, we were able to showcase the courtyard of the property with the landscape lighting. As the yard matures, low voltage landscape lighting can easily be adjusted.

Working closely with a stone mason for this italian marble fountain we installed permanent wiring that had to be done right the first time . The light from the brass fixtures shows off the glistening water as it falls from tier to tier.

Lit up cherub extends your eye to the back of the property, drawing your guests to explore along the hidden path.
